FARM EVENTS

California Lavender Honey Farm is open year round and during the year we host a variety of educational, wellness, arts & crafts and holiday themed events. Below is the list of current scheduled events that we are excited to invite you to (listed in chronological order).

ROYAL CHRISTMAS AT THE FARM

WHEN: Dates for 2024:  November 30, December 1, 7,8.

​

​Join us at California Lavender Honey Farm for our annual holiday tradition: a unique lavender farm experience that focuses on royal and Christmas traditions and how lavender is the centerpiece of it all.

During the event you will:

💜 Tour the farm and learn about different types of lavender, its uses, and how this amazing flower is related to royalty;
💜 Test different types of lavender oil and other lavender products;
💜 Learn how lavender is connected to Christmas traditions;
💜 Put together a cool holiday gift ($20 value, included with an adult ticket only);
💜 Get great recipes for unique holiday dishes (handout provided)
💜 Take holiday pictures with our adorable holiday décor
💜  Enjoy Royal Tea experience: amazing and delicious Lavender Tea and lavender cookies

💜 Enjoy holiday shopping at our gifts store

 

With your visit we kindly request a donation of 1 unwrapped toy as this event is held in support of Pleasant Valley Wine Trail's Toys for Tots drive. In exchange for a toy you can grab a surprise gift for yourself from Santa's bag!! 

 

Wear something purple 💜, if you can, for a fun, immersive experience! 

 

Event time: 11 am on all dates

FOR THE LOVE OF BEES

WHEN: The weekend before Valentine's Day

​

Come celebrate Valentine's Day with us and also learn about the amazing world of bees! Visit the Bee Museum, taste our delicious honey, learn about other amazing products that bees make and what we can create from them.

All paying participants of this event will receive a honey bee themed GIFT!

​

This event is part of a bigger Valentine's Day celebration on Pleasant Valley Wine Trail (the Trail's website is updated closer to each event)

​

Event time: 10 am both Saturday and Sunday

​

Event duration: 1 - 1.5 hours

​

​Event price: $30/adults, $10/kids ages 5-10, kids under 5 - FREE

YOGA + LIVE MUSIC  LAVENDER TEA

​

WHEN: Monthly, seasonally. Next date: May 2025, specific date TBD.

​

We are now hosting UNIQUE Yoga On A Lavender Farm experiences!​

​

We are teaming up with wonderful Sunset Yoga  to provide you yoga events to help you relax and unwind from your busy life. 60 minute all-levels yoga session, that helps you stretch  your muscles and balance your body,  is followed by a delicious calming Lavender Tea  + Honey  experience. Both the tea and the honey are lovingly harvested from our farm. 

​

The yoga session is accompanied by LIVE music performance by a talented local musician, Taj.

 

What to bring:

A yoga matsunscreen, sun glasses, water, old mat to place under your studio mat, if you'd like (mats will be on grass), sturdy closed toed shoes to wear around the lavender fields and wear comfortable clothing.

SENSORY SOUND HEALING AND LAVENDER CEREMONY

​

WHEN: Monthly, seasonally.

We are now hosting Sound Healing On A Lavender Farm experiences

​

Enjoy blissful sound healing to release stress and welcome peace and self compassion! Our Sound Healing with lavender experience add on will be led by Jamie Nicole Dubin form Harmonic Holistics.

​

Join us on a sonic meditative journey surrounded by lavender fields. The alchemy crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, enjoy nature, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

 

What to bring:

A yoga mat

Pillow for under the head and/or under the knees

Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)

Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)

FATHER'S DAY

​

Celebrate Father's Day at California Lavender Honey Farm - all dads get a FREE tour ticket!

​

This special Father's Day event dates will be announced in May 2025

​

HIGHLIGHTS of the TOUR:

 - tasting of our freshly gathered delicious spring honey that will be released for the occasion

- our lavender field in full bloom!!

​

What else is included in the tour:

​

- visit to our garden/greenhouse and tasting veggies in season 

- exploring our sustainability efforts (see what you can replicate at home!)

- tour of our unique Bee Museum

- making family memories with our beautiful photo ops and props.

​

Price: Adults $35, kids (5-15) $15, Dads and kids under 5 FREE

​

OPEN FARM STAND DAYS

​

When: Saturdays, July through October, 8.30 - 10.30 am. The Farm Stand is closed for 2024. Opening day in 2025: TBD

​

What: Delicious freshly picked (and organically & sustainably grown) veggies, herbs and fruits as well as raw honey, lavender products (oils, teas, skincare) and beeswax candles will be available for purchase. Free tastings and skincare products testers will be available at the stand.

​

CURRENT DEALS: Pickling cucumbers $3/lb;

Tomatoes $3/lb when you buy 5lb or more

​

This is a great opportunity to meet and chat with us how we grow and create things over here!​​

HARVEST FEST

WHEN: Yearly event happening in October. Exact date(s) for 2025 TBD.

Come celebrate Harvest on the Farm! This family friendly event will include:

- Special Harvest farm tour

- Honey and veggies tastings

- Fall craft for kids

- Cool Fall photo ops with our fall decor

This event is part of a bigger Harvest celebration weekend on Pleasant Valley Wine Trail  ​

Event duration: About 1.5 hours

​

​Event price: $35/adults, $15/kids ages 5-10, kids under 5 - FREE, 20% discount for SLO County residents!

HOLIDAY WREATH MAKING ON THE FARM

Next Date: November 2025, TBD

​

Come join us for a festive morning of wreath making at our lavender and honey farm! We have paired up with an amazing local small business, Celebrations by Victoria, to bring you this fun event.

 

Enjoy the fresh air and natural scenery as you create your very own unique holiday wreath to adorn your door.

 

  • We will be making a grapevine wreath and you will have a wide range of holiday greenery, bells, flair, and ribbons to adorn your wreath. No previous experience required! I will provide all supplies - just bring your holiday cheer!

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes - as this event is happening outside.

  • Light snacks and a cup of lavender tea will be provided during the workshop. Please bring your own water bottle. 

  • After we are done - don't leave just yet! You are invited to taste some honey on the farm (no extra charge) or check out the farm's gift store for cute, hand crafted holiday gifts.

 

What a beautiful morning we have for you! Spaces are limited to 12 people!!
